"To have ideas is Paradise -
To make them work is hell."
I wish I knew who said that
But their name rings no bell.

So here I sit and rack my brains.
    I ponder night and day
And meditate on that and this,
The skies both bright and grey.

I'd love to tell you plans I've hatched
But would you give a hoot?
You'd wonder why I don't wear clothes
   Here in my birthday suit.

Sometimes deliberation tires,
   Sometimes I'm bored to tears.
I've got an itch that I can't scratch.
   I haven't moved for years!

I feel a breeze blow up my crotch
And wish I had long johns.
It's hard to do much anything
When you've been cast in bronze.

Dear reader, now has come the time
   To end this little game.
Reflect, like me, upon these clues
And try to guess my name.
