Daphne du Maurier’s novel Rebeca famously begins ‘Last night I dreamt I went to Manderley again’. providing a cue for all you hexameter lovers. Up to 16 lines by November 25th, please, starting with the Du Maurier line verbatim, or your choice of any other metrically compatible substitute for Manderley. Mandalay? Downing Street? Paddington? Waterloo? Manchester? Pemberley? Leicestershire? Oregon? Maryland? Washington? Canberra? Wellington?  Mafeking? Singapore? or what you will.(Note.
