Jennifer Reeser

Jennifer Reeser is the author of five books. X. J. Kennedy wrote that her debut "ought to have been a candidate for a Pulitzer." Her poems are anthologized in Random House, London's Everyman's Library Series, and Longman's An Introduction to Poetry, among others. Her translations of French, Russian and Cherokee appear widely. She has published book reviews, essays, and verse in Poetry, The Hudson Review, Light Quarterly, Able Muse, The Dark Horse, Mezzo Cammin, and others. She has received awards from The Lyric and The World Order of Narrative and Formalist Poets, and has been translated into numerous languages. She is Anglo-Celtic/Native American Indian, and lives and writes amid the bayous of Louisiana in the United States. Her website is:
