Facing hard times with valiant rhymes Val Anthony takes joy seriously enough to look for it everywhere. She is an accredited psychoeducational health coach and for many years delivered creative writing for wellbeing courses in social care settings. Her lyric poetry has been published by the online journals The Amethyst Review and Wildfire Words as well as in the paper anthology, Thin Places, Sacred Spaces. She is also a visual artist.
